Reservations
To validate a reservation, our customers must send proof of payment and the following information:
Full name
Date of birth
Identity number or passport number
CPF
Address/ Neighborhood/ City/ Zip Code
Telephone
Time of entry to the property / flight number (if by air)
Property departure time
Names of other guests (if any);
Payment methods, reservations, rental and deposit
To reserve one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The remainder of the rent will be charged at check-in before entering the property.
Payment, corresponding to 100% of the reservation, can be made by bank transfer/deposit, bank slip, pix, payment link, Paypal, credit card or cash payment at our office.
Payment for the remainder of the rent + cleaning fee + deposit must be made when signing the contract and handing over the keys.
In order for us to process your payment, we always require confirmation of the transfer via email.
Your reservation will be validated once the My Home Vacation reservations department sends you a confirmation email.
If, for any reason beyond the control of our management, the leased property is no longer available, we offer our clients the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.
Check-in
Check-in time: 2pm to midnight
The customer is obliged to inform us of the time of his arrival and give us his contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be carried out. During the My Home Vacation Milagres check-in process, the customer must call our check-in department in advance (available 24/7), +55 (82) 98870-1957, up to thirty minutes before arriving at the property. After receiving the call, one of our employees will wait for the guest at the entrance of the reserved property.
If the customer arrives before our official check-in time of 2:00 pm, they can leave their luggage at the office during our opening hours. If the apartment is available and the client wishes to be assured of the possibility of an earlier check-in, a change between 6 am and 2 pm can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid in advance.
For check-ins between 10pm and 6am, the rent equivalent to the previous day must be paid.
Checkout
Check-out time: until 10am
A [COMPANY] employee will meet the client at their apartment (the time will be scheduled in advance in the rental agreement) in order to examine the property, receive the keys and return the security deposit.
After checking out, the customer can store their luggage in our office during opening hours. If the apartment is available and the guest only wishes to leave between 10am and 10pm, we require a late check-out fee of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid at the entrance.
For check-outs between 10pm and 8am, we charge the rent equivalent to the next day. If the customer does not check out at the agreed time, after a 30-minute grace period, a fine of R$2,000.00 will be charged, if the departure is before 11 am. After 11am, the amount charged will be the equivalent of a full day's stay.
Cancellation and changes to the reservation
In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit amount will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline. Changes to reservation dates will only be permitted upon written confirmation from My Home Vacation.
My Home Vacation has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, if one of the following cases occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and/or violation of condominium rules, organization of parties, use of illicit drugs, pets without our permission, failure to pay full rent or security deposit.
If the reserved property has an internet connection or cable TV, My Home Vacation assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting from these. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of the rental payment.
Responsibilities and obligations of our guests
The guest assumes full
