Important Information

Daily Meals and Services: Meals, daily housekeeping or cleaning, and maid service are not included.

Linen Change: Performed every 7 days.

Extra Services: Additional services such as maid service, cook, barbecue chef, bartender, among others, can be hired. These services must be requested up to 7 days prior to check-in, subject to an additional fee, availability, and prior confirmation.

Rules and Procedures

To guarantee check-in, it is necessary to send the full name and CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) of all guests, as well as a photo ID of the person responsible for the reservation, up to 24 hours before arrival.

If the property is returned in inadequate cleaning conditions, an additional fee may be charged. We request that all accommodation instructions and condominium rules be followed.
